Stanley Hainsworth
 Stanley grew up in a small town in Western Kentucky, right between Possum Trot and Monkey's Eyebrow. After pursuing an acting career for some years he embarked on a new profession, spending several years at Nike as a Creative Director before moving to Denmark to join the Lego Company as their Global Creative Director. Stanley returned to the U.S. to work for Starbucks where he thought it would be fun to work for a company named after the first mate in Moby Dick. Stanley lead and oversaw all creative aspects of Starbucks Coffee Company with his team of illustrators, designers, web designers, writers and art directors. He recently left Starbucks to start his own creative company called Tether where he can pursue his love for all things hand-crafted.

Michael Bonifer
 Mike Bonifer is the author of GameChangers &amp;ndash; Improvisation for Business in the Networked World   and  co-founder, with Dr. Virginia Kuhn, of GameChangers, LLC, a learning company formed in 2007 to help clients use improvisation techniques to achieve their business goals. From his role as the publicist for the motion picture TRON through his work as the Chief Storyteller for the Live Earth concerts for the environment, Bonifer has consistently worked at the forefront of emergent media and technologies.  In bringing the theories and practices of improvisation to business, GameChangers fosters the communication, learning and transformation that are vital to success in the networked economy.

David LaPlante
 As CEO, LaPlante brings vision, leadership and direction to Twelve Horses' team of talented professionals, along with more than 16 years of marketing, sales, business process management, customer relationship management (CRM) and direct marketing applications development experience. David was named &amp;quot;Marketer of the Year&amp;quot; by Northern Nevada's American Marketing Association in 2004, and recently was the recipient of the Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network&amp;rsquo;s (RTYPN) &amp;ldquo;20 Under 40&amp;rdquo; award. The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) recognized Twelve Horses as its &amp;quot;2005 Business of the Year,&amp;rdquo; and most recently the Technology Business Alliance of Nevada honored Twelve Horses as the &amp;ldquo;2007 Technology Company of the Year.&amp;rdquo; Consistent with his passion, David serves as chairman of the State of Nevada's Center for Entrepreneurship &amp;amp; Technology (NCET), as well as on the board of the Reno-Tahoe Entrepreneur&amp;rsquo;s Organization (EO) and EDAWN. Prior to Twelve Horses, LaPlante was one of the three partners in Aztech Cyberspace, an Internet professional services company that merged with Twelve Horses in June 2002.
